Do you sell gift cards?
At the moment we are not offering gift cards, however we do frequently offer sales on our items and are lookg to eventually offer gift cards of some kind. To further donate to our work, please go to the 'Support our Work' section of our website.
What are the payment options?
We currently only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. See checkout to use any of these three options.
How do I order items in bulk?
To order items in bulk, please purchase the exact amount you desire via our website. We will work with the artist to ensure your order is received and fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time. Please bear in mind that our makers are often working alone and will require an extended period of time to fulfill larger orders. For more specific details about the completion time of your order, please contact us directly.
How do I submit a complaint?
Please go to the 'Contact Us' section of our website and submit the reason for your complaint, the story behind your complaint, and your desired resolution should you have one. We will be in touch directly to help resolve your issue.
I'd like to have my work sold on your platform, how do I apply?
Please go to the 'Apply to be an Maker' Section, under 'About' and submit all the requested information. We will be in touch with you shortly to begin processing your application!
Do you offer a warranty on the products?
Due to the highly individualized nature of each Maker and their work, we cannot guarantee a warranty for any of our products. However, we do offer a 48 hour window in which you can make free returns of any item purchased shoudl you not be 100% satisfied with the product.
What is a Maker?
A Maker is any creative, artist, craftsperson who has brought an item to life through the work of their own hands. We aim to work with a variety of creators, including but not limited too: painters, portraitists, woodworkers, potters, weavers, and much more!
