How We Do It
All products under X dimensions (NEED DEFINITION), considered small, are shipped free of charge. All products of X dimensions, considered large, are shipped at a cost estimated upon check out. Shipping returned products is the responsibility of the customer and should be conducted between the individual artist and client.
Returns and Refunds

All customers are given a 48 hour with which to decide if they are satisfied with their product or not. All returns made within that 48 hour window are fully refundable, provided the product is in the same condition in which it was received. Any returns made after the 48 hour window are refunded at the discretion of the individual artist and must me worked out with them directly. if you are returning an item within the 48 hour window, please provide a written explanation as to why you are returning your item so as to assist us in bettering our products in the future.
